The Dawson Creek Visitor Centre resides in the 1931 Northern Alberta Railway Station. The station office and stationmaster's residence is a small, walk through exhibit adjacent to the information quarters. Thousands of Canadian and American military and civilian workers climbed down from trains here to begin work on the Alaska Highway.
