Midway Lake spreads out on the south side of the AlCan, a few miles past the Tetlin National Wildlife Refuge's western border. The 3.4 mile long lake can be admired and photographed from four turnouts; two on the south side, and two on the north side. The first north side one, heading west, has toilets, a trash bin, and info panels.
