Yukon Hwy 1, the last western miles of the AlCan in Canada, has a lot of scenes worth photographing - these are just a few. Of course road construction will always be an experience on the Alcan. This stretch went for 30 miles. I found these road beds were better than some of the pothole marred paved sections. I didn't know this was a brown (grizzly) bear until the image was on my computer. This pond, near the AlCan border, was a lasting vision of Yukon Territory.
